Its good , but I cant use it in offline mode, and I dont know why!

Fast, lots of options. Vector maps let you add lots of maps without a huge use of space.

Best offline map app

I found this app incredibly easy to use and probably the best app for saving maps for offline use - and using Vector maps is great for saving my phones memory. But I had to uninstall it because it lacks one feature - it can import kmz files but doesnt support custom track colors and custom waypoint icons that kmz files usually contain. Otherwise, great app.

I didnt read the notes for the latest improvement, but yesterday was pleasantly surprised to find that I could continue to record a recently stopped recording. It is a feature that I wanted (a bit of finger trouble could halt a recording) but hadnt yet asked for it. Outstanding improvement! I confirm that this is quite possibly the most valuable app on my iOS devices. Just back from a multi-week exploration of Poland (outstanding, by the way), Galileo was used frequently throughout every day, especially to find specific sites in cities, and drawing a bearing line for each destination, thus keeping us on track. It was also useful to know when to get off a bus or tram. I am not associated with this app, but I promote it because I want it to continue to provide updates to the app and to the offline maps. Get it, experiment with it in your own community, then use it as your aid to exploring the world. Previous review:This is quite possibly the most useful app that any traveller can carry. I have known that for some time, but my recent 2 week self-drive tour of Iceland confirmed it. The off-line map of Iceland showed tracks that werent on printed maps, and in conjunction with the iPhone and iPad GPS, showed us exactly where we were (in the middle of wilderness at times). I continue to learn the features and used bearing lines to guide me in the cities. If you are planning to travel, buy the full featured version and save the offline map of your destination; and never be lost. Parking your car? Place a bookmark on it before you leave and be guided right back to it, regardless of the twists and turns of your walk.

なかなか良い。 ルートの読み込み手順が煩雑なので 星4つ。kmlをgood readerからよみこめる。座標にスペース文字があるとハングする。

This is a great app for anyone who wants to navigate without data usage or doesnt want their every movement tracked "in the cloud". The use of opensource map data is also a great plus, always fun to see my updates to OpenStreetMaps show up in Galileo.

Although Google Map is powerful, you need to have this app and download offline maps before leaving your home to the airport as a back up in case there is no internet connection available.

On the iPhone or an iPad, Galileo Offline Maps is helpful for planning a hike. Relatively easy to use.

海外旅行ではダウンロードしたベクターMapで十分です。 海外のトレイル用には、Mobile Atlas Creatorを使い、山歩き向けMapを自作したり、他の方が作成したMapを利用し、大変重宝してます。

useless even import maps function

Clear, useful and fast! Got rid if other apps and left only this one. ;)

Galileo maps has all I need in the app of this sort. Offline access works fast, easy saving of waypoints with possibility of adding description of them, what is important for me. Maps are clear and enough detailed, for my purposes. Now possibility of synchronization of data with ICloud and Dropbox. Great!

It is my favorite app for maps!
