Excellent offline mode for 2 € (enable cache!) it would be even easier to use if you could ask to download all the tiles for one given country/city/polygon instead of browsing

Very usefull. I spend a week In Taïwan and have found my way with this offline Map. So good!

Vert useful when you are in a foreign city and not connected to Internet Not available in the countryside where wifi relays are scattered Would like street names in English and not only local language (I can read Russian in Moscow but not Chinese in Shanghai) Nevertheless I will buy the pro version

The application is great it enable me to have map access while travel ! Offline ! And enable me to geotag places and hike ... Great app worth the price !!

Thanks for this update, it will make my use of the app much more simple. Also the new design of the maps points are far better and the more important point, now I can directly click on the names map to save locations. You didnt answer to a mail I sended few weeks ago, where I said its difficult for me to find names locations on the offline map because I am currently in Japan and there is almost only japanese names on the map, but the translation exist because I can find these through the research bar. By the way, you are the one I know whos proposing an offline japan map, and if some paths arent present on the map but existing in teal life (and the contrary also happens...), I dont regret my purchase which allowed me to make great hikes on this country, thanks to the offline use and gps ability which dont need any connexion. One suggestion, the possibility to make under-files to class the signets would be fantastic.

The best offline map app I have.

I highly recommend this App for hiking trips without internet acess, or even network connection. The Database of Openstreetmaps enables all relevent paths with are updated really often. So if you want to stay on certain tracks, you wont need an extra GPS-Divice by using this App.

I have used this application in many countries of the world and it work perfectly. Placing bookmarks another big advantage of this app.

The best offline vector-map app in my opinion. Clean interface, looks amazing on the iPad Pro.

There are way too many gaps in mobile network coverage to put your trip in the hands of online maps. Gallileo plugs the holes nicely with tools (MOBAC), and infrastructure (OSM), that have proven themselves over many years. Be sure to support OSM.

A very good offline map app.

For the 0.99$ price tag this was almost worth it. Publisher, if you wanted tp make it better add 2 features at the very least. First, the ability to search for cities, towns or counties would be extremely useful. Secondly, add the ability to download at all resolutions all the tiles within a definable distance from the current map position. Ie if Im centered on centeral park in NY I can tell the app to download all the tiles for all resolutions within say 40 miles. No one has time to go to a city and scroll around al all the different resolutions just to have the area available later. Other that that, the app is a lot more useful than the others Ive seen.

Unable to launch it anymore!

No search function, offline or online. No route planner. So its real pretty but pretty useless. The extremely cumbersome and user-unfriendly Atlas Creator has a pretty large learning curve, and its Intel only, no PPC. Once you get it configured it does a fabulous job and the iPhone app displays the custom maps beautifully. But the lack of search and routes means theres not much you can do with this except track your course.

Bought import offline maps for 1.99, but it is not supported in IOS4.1(not even read YourMapName.sqlitedb), Dont buy it unless this version gets updated !

For me, this app has to be one of the best offline Map apps Ive looked at. Sure there may be some flaws with this program seeing there is no search function or route planner, but that’s what the Maps app on your device is for. An update to add more features would be nice. The “My Locations” feature is able to find where you are, so its great if you get lost. Overall this app is great for finding roads, looking for locations without Wifi, and there is no limit to MAP SIZE DOWNLOADING. Also I would definitely suggest buying the "Download Offline Maps" feature where you can use Mobile Atlas Creator and select a location of your choice and make it available offline, then import it to your iPod. 4/5 :)

Its the best offline map app out there. Simply preview you trip on WiFi and this app cashes every area you looked at.

This is a false free app. In order for it to work offline, you need to pay more and more and more.
